Required for assembly: file, filler, two part epoxy glue, super glue, modeling knives. Paint: car primer, Alluminium color or silver color. Study with attention the instruction pages before start to assembly the gun. Test fit each parts before gluing together. You may need to clean the pieces by putting of medium grade sandpaper (400/600 grade), also you could have to fill some air bubble. When you are happy with the fit of each parts, you can start to paint them. Use a primer so you can easily detect other small imperfection, when you are satisfied of the primered surface, paint all parts, for a better result finish with a coat of clear paint. |
IMPORTANT If you are planning to build the PPG gun with electronic flasher unit , before paint all parts, go thorugh instructions to understand some holes and modification you have to do.You have to use a solder for electronics connection, if you have not familiarity with solder ask to a competence person. Wrong connection may damage the electronic unit. |

Wash all parts thoroughly with soap and warm water. After paint all parts with primer coat, use a filler for the air buble and imperfection.Lightly wetsand all parts. |

Drill a front hole where the nozzle will goes in. Drill another hole in the rear where the atomic battery cylinder will goes in. You have to dril untill the two holes will coincide, through the hole will go through the nozzle wires.

Drill another hole from the under of handle to meet the precedent made hole. |

Drill a hole for the michroswitch wires.
If you desire you can drill holes side to side or left them as is and paint in flat black. |
